Pours cloudy light gold with a gigantic head that drapes the glass in lace. Banana and berry yeast esters and phenolic clove notes in the nose. Chewy, crispy wheat malts in the taste with an abundance of banana and bubblegum yeast flavors. Nutmeg and herbal notes in there too. Light leafy hops provide minimal bitterness. Creamy carbonation in the medium body.
A fantastic representation of the style with loads of yeast flavor. Must try.
