In early 2024 our merry band of brewers embarked on a quest for brewing enlightenment. Their destination? The centre of brewing mystery, The Czech Republic, where the crisp, golden elixir known as Pilsner was born.

Our brewers soaked in the sights, sounds, and, most importantly, the tastes of Czech brewing traditions. Armed with the knowledge and wisdom gained on their journey, they returned to South Etobicoke transformed and inspired to make this Classic Pilsner.
