Project X Bottle from February, courtesy of Mark. Mark procured this bottle from a family member who works for Fair Grounds Coffee Roasters, the providers of the coffee for this brew.
Canadian Breakfast Stout: 4% ABV, 25 IBU as listed on the tag. Pours jet black, no head. Aroma is morning coffee, very intense! Just like a fresh (yet cold) cup a joe.
Tastes like strong vanilla coffee. Beer is almost an afterthought here. Could easily sit down with a bottle of this and some scrambled eggs, ham & toast!
Extremely smooth mouthfeel, velvety smooth. Did I mention holy coffee batman!
