IBU: 10 SERVING TEMP: 3-5°C
INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted Barley, Wheat, Strawberries, Raspberries, Orange Zest, Hibiscus, Hops, Yeast
STYLE: Witbier with Fruit
GLASSWARE: Tulip
Calling all thematically-coloured beverage lovers! This witbier was fermented with an appropriate Belgian strain before being refermented and conditioned on hibiscus, strawberry juice, whole raspberries and orange zest. The big, juicy fruit notes imply sweetness but the beer itself is dry and refreshing. Also did we mention the beer is pink?
In a world filled with swirling complexities and fleeting passions, there exists a timeless romance that stands above the rest: the evergreen bond between humanity and its beloved elixir, beer.
Prepare to take part in an unabashed public display of affection with PDA: a pink witbier with hints of zesty citrus courting your senses along with the delicate embrace of hibiscus petals.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 355mL in a weizen glass. From Small Batch Dispatch's March curation. Canned February 4/26. My 27th beer from the Etobicoke, Ontario brewery, and 10th for 2026. Wildly recommended by Sundae the cat...
