Pours crystal clear light gold with a chunky, lace emitting head. The aroma is of pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit hops with some cookie dough malts in there too. The taste is citrusy with lots of grapefruit and lemon. Full bodied with creamy levels of carbonation. High bitterness and lingering grapefruit and bready malts in the finish.
A fantastic and under the radar collaboration release from two of the best IPA brewers in Canada. Worth a try.
