Pours cloudy light orange with a crackly, everlasting head. Gobs of lace coat the glass on the way down. Loads of tropical hops and a bit of cookie dough in the smell. The taste is expansive onslaught of peach, apricot, a bit of grapefruit and white grapes. The huge and nuanced hop profile is only slightly tempered by fresh baked bread in the back. The mouthfeel is full bodied and creamy with carbonation. High bitterness and tropical hops forever in the finish. Mouthcoating bitterness lingers.
A phenomenal and extra hoppy IPA from the best IPA makers in Canada. Highly recommend this fruit salad of a beer.
