Pours a deep hazy gold with a chunky but quickly receding head. The aroma is of tart pineapple juice, sterile hop bitterness and cookie dough malts. The taste is of tart, astringent lemon and pineapple with almost soapy character. Light booziness and high bitterness in there too. The mouthfeel is lightly carbonated with full body. High bitterness and some tartness in the finish.
Not a bad beer but I would rate higher if it was described as a kettle sour.
