A-Nice bright golden yellow with a white head that is a good thickness and lingers
S-I get some banana and candy aroma from the Belgium yeast I assume they used to call it a Belgium IPA. There are also dank hops and an acidic spice smell
M-High carbonation a signature trait of Belgium beers that I dislike
T-I get an acidic punch from the get go, not pleasant for me. There is an attempted sweet and bitter balance that is totally overpowered by the carbonation that is high and peppery
O-Just not my kind of beer. I find it a little too acidic and over carbonated.

650 ml bomber served cold into a pint glass. Purchased the latest from Tank X at GLB from the LCBO for $5.95 CDN.
Appearance - Slightly hazy yeloo / orang / copper colored beer. Great big head of a finger and a half is poured with impressive head retention. Some curtains of lacing left around the glass. Minimal carbonation is visibly present.
Smell - Big citrus hop aroma as we've come to expect from these guys. Mandarin orange, lemon zest and pineapple are the biggest aromas. Some earthy dankness, but that kind of lays in behind everything else. A hint of kiwi and passionfruit combination upon repeated whiffs. Some bready yeast aromas, although subdued relative to the funkiness of many a Belgian IPA.
Taste - Medium to strong bitterness, flavors of orange and lemon are strongest with a dash of grapefruit and passionfruit. Some subtle sweetness throughout. Malt bill is low but there's a buttery quality that permeates throughout the beer in a pleasing manner. Funky yeast flavors come through after repeated sips. Some overrpipe fruit shows up in small quantities at the end and detracts a bit for my taste buds.
Mouthfeel - Smooth, slightly buttery texture. Carbonation is expressive yet body is light.
Overall - Another very good to great IPA from these guys, it seems like they can't miss. Given the reasonable price (by Ontario standards for a bomber anyway) and good well rounded flavors and smells, this is definitely worth a shot for the Ontario contingent.

Purchased at the brewery for $2.80 for a 473ml can. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1/2" high white head that films out within seconds. Medium gold colour and filtered clear
S- Oodles of hops here.
T- Grapefruit galore. Super wet hopping on this one. Very enjoyable malt base. Malt is subdued and laid back. Not like typical IPA's of this nature. There are more than just citra hops here and they are perfectly blended for a medium alcohol level brew.
M- Creamy good!
O- Me likie this one! Will buy every time I see it. Super refreshing and not sweet or syrupy at all. Just a well blended all around good brew
Food Pairing
This wonderful little brew did not go well with....... The pig roast the brewery had in the parking lot. 1st annual pig roast for them with Food & Liquor providing the roast pig. IPA and smoky pork just did not go well together. This one would go well with something spicy like a pizza with hot Italian sausage, hot peppers and pineapple.
Enjoy
