Bottle from the brewery about 2 months ago. 5.5% ABV as per Project X label.
Poured in to snifter.
A - Light to medium yellow with a thin layer of off white head.
S - Sour and funk dominate with a noticeable oak presence.
T - A massive oak presence dominates. The peach is present but not in abundance. Lots of by barnyard funk notes and a subdued sourness.
M - Medium body. Light carbonation.
