Waxed Project X bottle from the brewery poured in to GLB tulip.
A - Slightly hazy translucent yellow/orange colour with one finger of cream coloured head.
S - Grapes, Belgian yeast, fruit esters, toasted oak. A very refreshing nose overall.
T - A big woody flavour hits the tongue first that is slightly astringent and tannic followed by grape, lemon and some other light citric notes. Belgian yeast, fruity esters and some spice.
M - Light to medium body. Dry. Moderate carbonation.
