On-tap at Bar Hop during the GLB/Bellwoods takeover.
Beer is clear golden in colour. Large white head. Good retention.
Smell strongly consists of grapefruit and passionfruit. Surprisingly pungent, and quite nice.
Taste contains a lot of grapefruit, but mixed with other fruits that I find hard to identify. A mix of citrus and tropical. In my limited experience with the Mosaic hop, I find it to be distinctive but hard to to describe. Fairly bitter. Good.
Medium bodied, moderate to low carbonation level. Sticky and oily.
Overall, quite good. A nice and slightly different IPA.

Bryden's 2013 Best of the West(Bryden's rocks). A good IPA, with Mosaic characteristic. This is a tasty hop. Dark yellow coloured body. Hoppy aroma. Good drinkability. Bottle this.Another good new GLB creation, these guys should make more of these hoppy beers.
