On tap @ Bar Hop.
A - Cloudy straw yellow with a ring of white head.
S - Citrus at first with a big pine presence. A light funk but otherwise no trace of the brett. Beautiful nose but not wild ale.
.
T - Light funk. Slightly tart. Some citrus. Not resembling a sour at all.
M - Light body. Dry. Moderate carbonation.

On-tap at Bar Hop during the GLB/Bellwoods takeover. A pale ale with Brett.
Beer is cloudy yellow with a small white head. Good lacing, fair retention.
Nice Bretty scent; fruity with a dry funk accompanying. Tropical and citrus fruits, with some cherry. Very pleasant.
Taste is close to the nose. Light fruits are prominent, with tropical flavours strongest, although some citrus is there as well. Dry funky flavours counterbalance the fruit nicely. Only a very mild tartness. Finish is dry.
Medium bodied, moderate to high carbonation. Dries the mouth a bit. Refreshing.
Overall, really good. I enjoyed this one a lot. I hope we will see it again, but I don't expect it.
