This seasonal tripel was served in the glass that the brewpub also serves water from, a sort of flute/tumbler. Serving temperature was colder than optimal for a tripel. However, it was in the upper 90s today so I did not mind.
A thin finger of head topped the glass. Body was copper colored, clear.
Smell was sweet, minimal yeasty aroma.
Tasted as it smelled candy sugar and fruits. Alcohol was minimal, yet present.
Mouthfeel was smooth and creamy.
Rather easy to drink, I would order this one again.
