This review is being entered based on some old notes from a previous visit to the Louisville area, but I am figuring that it seems this establishment has split time now and though offering what was though of an old beer might be appropriate.
The beer was a cloudy pale yellow in color with that "lime juice" look to it that often is seen in witbiers and/or white ales. There is not a head, but the beer was served to me with an orange slice in it. The orange really dominates the nose, but there are some hints of banana and clove really struggling to come out. The attack is clean and a flavor of banana and clove presents itself. The finish is clean. This beer is good, but not really memorable. Perhaps that is why its in notes and not on here already. I think it could be worth their while to brew it up in the warmer weather and see how it goes. I thought it was worth a try.
