250 ml bottle. Pours amber with white head. Aroma is of caramel malt, red fruit and plums. Body is full and crisp. Taste is of caramel malt, herbal hops and red fruit. Long, semidry finish. Nice brew.

330ml. bottle, bouoght at bar D’or in Barcelona. Pours an amber colour, with a small head. Aroma of caramel, prunes, roasted notes and sulphur, some wood too. Light boyd, it feels thin on the palate, where the roasted note are more noticeable. Taste of caramel, sherry, sulphur and dark fruits are here too, notes of honey and chocolate and a sweet and enjoyable finish. Surprisingly good to me.

Bottle at a random bar in Barcelona.

Pours a clear and dark amber color with a half-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a thin layer on top leaving decent lacing.

Smells of lightly toasted malts with hints of darker roasted malts.

Tastes very similar to how it smells. Deep caramel malt flavors with good amounts of toasted malts kick things off. Midway through the sip roasted malts make an appearance, carrying through to a mildly bitter ending, leaving hints of roasted malt flavors lingering on the palate.

Mouthfeel is good. It's got a decent thickness with moderate carbonation.

Drinkability is OK. I finished my glass with no problems however I'm not sure about another.

Overall this was a decent beer, in between a malty amber and an English brown but neither half was above average. Not worth seeking out but not worth turning down either.

No head on a hazy amber color body. The taste is enjoyably fruity and sweet with red fruits - strawberries - citric with grapefruit, winy, ending on more wooden notes, sharp, rough, chewily hoppy, with some tropical notes, and some chocolate in the finish. The mouthfeel is round and sharp, and it is sas that there was no head. Robust, but a bit thin. Not bad, but not something I'd want to drink often. A bottle's just fine.
