A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin off white head that died down, leaving wispy patterns of bubbles dancing around on the surface (from the rising bubbles) and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of fruity yeast and wheat are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is somewhat fruity with underlying notes of wheat and slight hints of grainy malts and yeast.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink, but I wouldn't consider it to be refreshing or to have interesting aromas or flavors.

Properly cloudy, with a lasting, but thin head. Some good lace on the glass. Dark straw-light gold color.

Smells like roses, yeast, and grainy malts.

Thin and wheaty. There's a a small amount of sweetness. The aftertaste is very short lived. Has a lively level of carbonation.

As an example of witbier, this beer is a very tasty "artisanale" brew. The pour, cloudy pale yellow with a very fizzy white head that fades within 30 seconds, leaving but a thin ring; the nose, wheaty above all, and the taste, soft, citrusy, with lemon and whead dominating it. Slightly bitter at the end (it boasts using hops from Bayern), well carbonated in the mouth with a cuantious body and yet a comfortably soft mouthfeel. very nice.

The brewery describes this beer as a mix between witbiers and hefe-weizens. I classified it as a witbier, but it has some typical hefe weizen aspects.

Golden color, slightly opaque. Almost no head. Many bubbles. Aromas of wheat and slight smell of malts. The taste is sweet and enjoyable. Some lemon, and wheat in a German Hefe-Weizen style. Nice yeast flavor. Hops aren’t noticeable. A somewhat salty mouthfeel. Very drinkable. A decent brew.
