A 'Viennoise' recipe, uh?
This is a very interesting brew because of the relation between taste and smell. The pour is a deep red with a thin, quick fading white/tan head. The smell, abundant in malt above anything else, reminds one of bavaria 8.6-style strong lagers (which i ain't particularly a fan of).
But the taste is rather very moderate and balanced, the malts are still dominant in the taste but they do not "attack" your mouth, rather combine with a medium and "oily" (in a good way) body of the beer. The bitterness is slightly felt at the end, in a good way as well: the beer is a whole lot more balanced than it appears.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
