overall: 4.2

Poured a golden amber with a big slightly dingy white head.
Aroma was heavy on the citrus with some cracked grain along for the ride. Some oily hop resins come out as it warmed a bit.
Flavor had a very fruity twist with grapfruit and orange rind stadning out for me. Almost a white grape tartness is very subtle.
Spicy hopped on the end but overall mouthfeel was a little bit too soft.
Drinkability was solid. First offering from this brewery and duly impressed.

Pours a honey to copper colour, with a nice off-white head. Aroma is of fruits such as nectarines, lemons, limes, grapes and pears, as well as a little spicy kick. The taste is divine - very powerful fruity flavours, with a little salad sort of celery/watercress taste. Also slightly spicy. But the main thing in the taste is an incredible citrussy sour taste that lingers on well past the aftertaste and into the night. Aside from the sour taste, that may put many off, this beer is fantastic and good as a session offering. Once again Itchen Valley impress.
