Pours a dark copper colour with a deep tan head. The head lasts well and leaves an off-white lacing.
The nose is malty and fruity, most notably of oranges and mandarins, and also some other estery ambiguous flavours.
The taste is quite smoky and ashy, with a citrussy grapefruit and lemon tone. Slight cinnamon and coriandor tones. The aftertaste is spicy also.
Mouthfeel is good, but after a couple of pints this brew might be a little hard to stomach.
