Poured on-tap at the Pigeon Forge brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, slightly hazed, golden straw coloring, with a halo of white head. Nose of grapefruit, tropical fruits, candi sugar, and subtle pine and grassy notes. Flavors are sugary sweet forward, heavy on lemon and grapefruit, with a cracker backbone, and roasted highlights. Resinous pine and grass at the tail end. Mid-bodied, with a grassy and hoppy aftertaste. Smooth, dry, crisp finish.
