This is our mainstay IPA. It is hopped with Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops. These hops all have roots in the Pacific Northwest, making this a true West Coast American IPA. It has a smooth bitterness and a pungent fruity/citrus aroma.

On tap at the Brewery in Pigeon Forge.
Presents clear copper in the pint shaker with a half inch head of white.
Fairly aromatic with shades of pine and grapefruit.
Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.
Earthy pine, grapefruit, malt, and bitterness all in check on the palate for this old-school WCIPA.
Finshes dry and tasty. $5 pint at happy hour also!

When I first tasted this beer, I knew it was a winner. They do a fairly limited number of beers, but they do them right and they have got it down good.

Very , very basic IPA. Not a lot of definable character, rather thin in flavor and body with almost imperceptible floral notes, if you look hard enough. Boring but it least it was cold.

Pours golden in color. Head is slightly tinted white. Nice lacing. Nose is hops, goodness. Taste is a little bitter...unfortunately just slightly. Great local beer. Wish I could get it in Kentucky.

Picked up a mixed 6 pack at the brewery. Pretty decent IPA. Pours a murky light iced tea/dark honey color with a medium size white head. Head retention and lacing are good. Aroma is floral and mild citrusy hops. Fairly strong presence. Taste is more of the same in the way of hoppiness with balancing slightly sweet bready malt. Mouthfeel is crisp. Bitterness level is fairly mild with a balance between the bitterness and malt. I would have no hesitation ordering this with food
