This is one of our limited edition brews. Complex, hoppy British style India pale ale. Unfiltered and dry-hopped for a cask-like flavor.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a muddy river color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of citrus, light malts. Taste is the same as the aroma, mild bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a so-so beer.

I had this on tap at the brewpub. A pint was a hazy, almost cloudy, copper color with a moderately sized head. The aroma is both hoppy, with an earthy, slightly spicy hop nose, and fruity, with some grapefruit and distant stone fruit. The taste is solidly bitter, and well balanced. It's not as assertive as many IPA's, nor is it particularly noteworthy or interesting, but it is drinkable and one of the better brews that were on the selection.

Served into an Pint glass.
A- Amber Orange color, looks a little hazy. I missed the pour a bit, so the head was only about a finger, off white in color and dissipated quickly. Some film hangs around the glass.
S- Citrusy, some floral hops, sweet and malty at the end.
T- Citrus, and floral hops, weak bitter after-taste. Faint malty hint adding just a little complexity. A fairly weak IPA.
M- Moderate Carbonation, kind of oily.
O- Really a weak IPA. I expected something much more hop-heavy. I probably won't get it again if I'm looking for an IPA.
