Served in a tall 20 oz BUD glass. Not sure what the Bud glasses are all about. They have their own pint glasses for sale so I'm not sure why they don't use them at the bar. I digress...
Darker than most IPAs. Medium brown.
Good cascade aroma ...
It was served at a not-so-cold temperature and I think the beer suffered slightly from that. Grassy flavor with the finish not as dry as it should be.
Average IPA ... probably one of the top 3 beers at the joint.

Had a pint on tap when visiting in early June for $5.50.
Beer was orangish in color with a bit of an off white head. Nose was of west coast hops and not much else. Taste started malty but the balance tipped more on the side of those west coast hops. Mouthfeel was medium bodied, not overly smooth but satisfying. Drinkability was pretty good. This was one of the heavier beers i experienced in Hawaii and was not a bad effort.
