Waimea's superlative The Fonz IPA pours a beautiful reddish-gold and presents a sweet balance of malt and Simcoe hops. I never thought I would write "the feel of The Fonz on my tongue was like heaven," but there you go--I'm not ashamed, especially when it's this enjoyable. This brew has a finish that is as smooth as the sand at Po'ipu Beach.
