Tannish-copper hued with an obnoxious beige dome.
Nose is compacted. Mostly roasty malt with illusory cinnamon and ginger traits. Musty and wet too. Like cardboard boxes left too long unattended in the garage.
Taste brings the same. There is non-descript roastiness smeared throughout. Enough spice nuance - spruce, and again, ginger and cinnamon- to ponder whether this is actually spiced, though not enough to draw conclusions. The musty, yeast-driven off flavors pound down the closure. More wet boxes, touched with astringency. Hopping is cloaked, though it closes mildewed and bitter.
Light bodied with stunted carbonation. It leaves little impact.
Critically flawed, yet consumable, so long as you have some time to waste.
Absolutely skippable otherwise.
