Tap Room Opening
A: One-finger tan head, very dark brown, nice golden dark brown around edges of glass, good carbonation, really good lacing
S: Bourbon, chocolate, sweet caramel, oats, earthy
T: Bourbon, dark chocolate, touch of bitterness, molasses, bit of dark fruits, very pleasing
M: Smooth and creamy, decent carbonation, medium-full bodied, slightly warming
O: Very good stuff, only got one glass before the first 5 gallons was kicked, glad they tapped the other 5
