A cleaner sweeter version of this style. More banana and less barnyard/hay... Whatever it is I like it and could drink a few of these without any problems. Prost!

L:
-pours a very light yellow (Reminding me of a Witbier) with a big, creamy, white head
-high carbonation visible
S:
-clove,pepper,banana,lemon zest,coriander
T:
-Follows the nose citrus coming through more than in typical Hefeweizens
F:
-medium carbonation
-light to medium body
O:
Very much a citrus-forward wheat beer, but with enough of a spicy yeast character.
Good one.

Hazy yellow color with a two finger aired head with medium retention.
Predominant aroma of bananas, oranges, bubblegum and cloves.
Tasty and refreshing flavor of orange citrusy, yeast, mild on spices and cloves, some banana and very wheaty. Dry aftertaste with a mild acidity.
Medium body with a relatively low carbonation.
Good option if you want an acid citrus Weiss rather than the usual banana bubblegum.

A very murky light yellow beer with a beauiful big head that stays on the entire glass.
Smell is typical Weizen, banana and clove and some grainy notes from the wheat.
Taste is grainy with a bit too much yeast taste, makes it a bit 'sandy'. I seem to miss the banana and clove, they are present, but not convincing. It is all a bit not fresh and it even tastes a little salty. Mouthfeel is sweet and sticky, body is quite thin.
