A - Pours pitch black with a thick, creamy, nitro head. Sheet of foam coats the glass.
S - Faint dark malts, coffee, and chocolate. Wisps of smoke. Barely noticeable and definitely forgettable.
T - Bitter roasty. Smoky burnt malt, coffee, dark chocolate. A nice charcoal-ish feel. Slight acidity, and a mildly hoppy/bitter roasted coffee finish lingers. Pretty well done.
M - Velvety smooth, luxurious feel. Nitro does that, even to beers that are lighter bodied, such as this one.
D - This is definitely the beer to drink at the KBC right now. Even better than the old RAM Stout.
