Nailed the smell: both vanilla and the chia pull through nicely especially the chia. Also hints chocalate and breadiness can be found.
Great tan lacing. Pitch black and thick and syrupy looking in the pour. Head hangs around the whole drink.
There's alot of ginger in the taste, but its more like a sweeter ginger like a ginger bread cookie vs like ginger you eat with sushi (like in left hand's good juju). More smoky and chocolate in the taste then the nose. Vanilla doesn't really come through in the mouth its kinda overpowered by the ginger chai taste. Bitter right at the finish but it doesn't carry over much after the drink.
Full bodied, very smooth (velvet), low carbonation
Sold out in 4 mins the batch was only 25 pints. It was easily the best kbc beer I've ever had.
