A: pours a murky copper color with a very low head. This is beer could have used a few more days to settle and carbonate.
N: This is awesome, honestly. Big grassy, blueberry, with a bit of malty richness to it... Has almost a lemon drop aroma. Very nice.
T: The malt takes a back seat to the zesty flavor this beautiful Mosiac hop. It's not long lasting, rather a bit creamy and full flavored, yet not cloying and overwhelming.
M: Appropriate. It's got good carbonation, despite the lack of head, and it lends well to the mouth feel. It's full, yet doesn't stick or make the flavor suffer.
D and O: Great Beer, honestly. Josh did a really nice job. The aroma is where it shines, yet the flavor doesn't suffer, the mouth feel is fine, and doesn't suffer, despite having a great flavor. Big win Josh.
