Hand-pulled pint on 29th Sept 2012 in the excellent Cock Hotel, Wellington (Shropshire).
Light amber body with a white head sat firmly on top.
Now I'm assuming this beer is named after the Fuggles Hop and not the breweries Italian place (also called Fuggles) because the flavours of this beer follow the noble hop Fuggles path. Meaning it is earthy, woody, spicy, fairly dry tasting and a long way from sweet, yet not overly bitter
either.
In short this is an easy drinking semi-hoppy beer with a malt content that hovers just below the surface in both the aroma and taste.
I've had two more pints of this since I wrote the review: it was a whole lot better the second time around and I've upped the scores accordingly. It seemed sweeter and better balanced on the Sunday lunchtime I tried it again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
