A-Slightly hazy copper with a thin off-white head taht left spotty lacing.
S-Weak earthy hops and a slight bready malt aroma.
T-Rather unexciting. Decent malt body but when you expect a nice hoppy bite to accompany you don't get it! Not very happy with this, was expecting more.
M-Medium-light, thin for the style. Where is the creamy textures? Not to exciting.
D-Boring to me, not what I want in an Enlgish Pale on cask. Dull, not worthy of another pint...why waste the alcohol on something so bland?!

Currently listed as an APA. This is not an APA in anyway. I would best describe this as an EPA.
Bright light gold with a thin white head and mild carbonation.
Aroma is loaded with herbal and grassy hops. Lively and spicy. Floral too. Like a walk in an English garden in the spring time.
Flavor is just great. Biscuity and grainy malts balance loads of very interesting and complex hops. There is a lot going on here and a full array of flower petals, Mediterranean herbs, and touches of spice can be tasted.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, round, with moderate bitterness and wonderful herbal/spice qualities.
Sessionable.
