22oz into a tulip.
A: Pours a reddish brown with a small off-white head.
S: Aroma is very fruity, with mildly sweet raspberry, fig, a bit vinous, mild bready yeast.
T: Taste brings a phenolic bite, yeasty, red fruit, cooked sugar, mild alcohol bitterness, caramelized grain.
M: Between medium and thick-bodied with light carbonation.
O: Not a bad beer, but I'm not loving the yeast profile on this one.
