Merry Isthmus Gingerbread Ale
so this is what replaced the merry isthmus milk stout? i'll give it a shot
appearance: dark amber-mahogany body, no head whatsoever
smell: smells like every pumpkin ale i ever hated
taste: i love the dane but this beer is completely unimpressive. there is no gingerbread anywhere. it tastes like one of those pumpkin beers that overwhelms the spice and disregards the pumpkin. i may have been full from great food/beer from brasserie v but i couldnt finish this, and would not consider ordering again
