Sour Puss Saison pours a copper color with absolutely no head. Nice strong sour fruit flavor. Flavor is sweet fruit, with big sour notes that don't overpower. Good body and feel. Overall, very tasty and easy to drink sour ale.

On tap at Great Dane Hilldale. Served in a 12oz tulip glass.
Pours a light yellow, slightly hazy body with an appropriate one finger white head, effervescent, bubbly looking, fair retention, lots of lacing. Smells of rich lacto, touch of cheese, wheat, a small bit of lemon, minerality. This smells like a very clean Berliner Weisse, and I think that is what this is at a fundamental level. Flavour brings out more minerals and more lactic acidity, cheese, not particularly funky, but damn is this refreshing. Fair bit of wheaty flavour which reminds me a great bit of the berliner weisse style. My guess is that this was kettle soured. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, a touch creamy, good carbonation, refreshing and a really nice drinker on a warm day. I could drink a fair bit of this. If I had to put a handle on this, I'd say this was about 5.5%, because of the body.
