So i just had this down at the west town great dane. served at near RT by a hand pump ala cask style.
A- came to the table a super creamy off white head on top and an opaque brown that was quite delicious
S- pretty malty, a nice light slightly biscuity character. the hops seem pretty relaxed, however it is there. the menu said it was a czech hop as opposed to the more traditional noble hops used.
t- pretty malty, i would say the maltiness rules this beer and it is really good, however i was a little dissapointed by the lower level of hops. this is more of a bitter than a pale ale, however i liked it
M- pretty damn creamy, low carb and RT since it was a hand pump cask style.
D- pretty good, glad to see the cask styles coming around.
