On tap at the brewpub in August 2009. A sign in the bar's interior informed visitors that the beer was named in honor of Wisconsin's pine marten. Pours a copper amber and smells of citrus and pine (of course) hops; the smell is similar with pronounced pine hops and a little bit of caramel/amber malt in the background. Good amount of carbonation on a light to medium body with good all-around drinkability.
