Had on tap. Nice for springtime in Madison. Nice amber color and aromas of flowers, caramel, toffee, and biscuit. Taste is balanced yet delicate. Refreshing but a little light overall

Pours a clear darker amber color with off-white head. Floral notes, caramel malt, and some grain on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a nice balance between the hops and malts.

Just wonderful. Extremely drinkable this year, although it is already going downhill compared to when it was really fresh a few weeks ago. Same appearance and past years but this year has much more honey, white raisons, and other light fruit character in addition to caramel and toffee. Sweet but not unbalanced. Medium bodied. A great crossover beer for MBC drinkers too.

Clear and copper with a compact column of beige.
Toffee nose with trace dark fruits and dried brown leaves.
Malty upfront, as one would expect. Honeydew melons coated in caramel and sprinkled with an odd nut or two. Toffee candies later. Rounded out with raisin, honey and dates notes. Nicely lagered, witnessed by the general brisk water (though not "watery") sense in the final moments. Finishes with lingering caramel-coated and toasted melon dried with bits of grassy spice, though hopping is largely and appropriately limited.
Medium in stature- leaning, perhaps, even fuller- lowly carbonated and quite drainable.
Solid rendition here.
