Enjoyed this nice BPA from the 22 oz bomber in a snifter. This nice ale pours a
lightly murky golden orange color with a nice head of white foam that subsides to a
thick ring, thin pooling layer, and light lacing. Nose of lightly grassy and herbal hop notes,
soft sweet wheat, and moderately sweet Belgian candy sugars. Flavors lightly exceed the
nose with lightly sweet candy malt touched with wheat and light peach notes on the front and
middle of the taste, grassy hops follow from the middle and fade into the rear with lightly bitter
herbal hop notes and a lightly spicy white pepper note that is unique to say the least that fades
into a lightly bitter hop finish. Nice balance between hop and malt with a nice medium mouth feel
that is lightly coating and finishes lightly bitter. Overall a very nice brew from a brewery I would love to
see more of at The Party Source and Party Town.
Cheers
