A: Pours a slightly hazy gold with a thin, clinging white mousse.
S: Aromas of caramel, biscuit, lemon, navel orange, tangerine, and pineapple fill the nose.
T: Notes of caramel, biscuit, brown sugar, lemon, lime, pineapple, navel orange, tangerine, kumquat, and papaya fill the mouth. The finish is fruity and sticky with intense flavors of tangerine, brown sugar, navel orange, and papaya.
M: Medium-bodied and sticky. Carbonation is a little thin and underwhelming for the style, rendering this ale a bit difficult to drink. Alcohol hits a little harder than one would normally expect.
O: This is a decent enough IPA. It's a little too sweet and fruity for my liking and the combination of stickiness and undercarbonation insure that it doesn't go down all that smoothly. A bit odd and underdeveloped, but does demonstrate potential.
