Copenhagen 7/4 2017. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Solid selection of berries and herbs on the label which have been put into this brew. All ingredients should be from Thy Nationalpark in Jutland. They even exchanged the hops with wormwood. Very New Nordic.
Pours clear dark reddish amber with small white head. Disappears almost immediately leaving a thin patch of foam drifting around. No lacing.
Aroma is quite sweet. Caramel of the sugary kind, hints of berries - might be juniper.
Medium strong carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is surprisingly sour bitter. Medium sweetness, followed by more pronounced sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish.
I like this feature in the Thisted New Nordic Series best - even though I sorely miss my hops.

Shared 500 ml bottle. Clear reddish colour, off-white head. Aroma of rowanberries, rosehips, wormwood and other herbs and berries. Fairly nice flavour, with the same elements, but the wormwood that should yield bitterness (no hops here) is fairly subdued.
