Copenhagen 23/3 2015. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. NV. Disappointingly without any drawings of Easter eggs on the label.
Pours clear amber with a medium size white head. Stable. Subsides to a 1 cm thin layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Bitter-sour aroma with some alcohol. Sweet malts and sour grains. Bread, caramel and grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is bitter sour as well. Not much sweetness and rather dry finish.
Reminds me of their Christmas Beer "Julefred".

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal, Stavanger. Also available in Vinmonopolet stores. Amber coloured premium lager. Decent lasting head, slightly off-white. Moderate aroma, some hops with faint flowery and honey notes. Clean flavour with a decent maltiness and acceptable hops, hints of caramel, soft mouthfeel. And its organic! Not too bad, as far as Danish lagers go.
