330 ml bottle, as Thisted Økologisk Classic, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.6%. Clear copper colour, small head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, caramel and grass. Malts and more distinct caramel in the flavour too, moderate sweetness, some nutty hints, very moderate hop bitterness.

When a new Danish beer style was to be introduced by Tuborg in the late 80s, they called it Classic. Some might think that the Danes might be a little bit conservative
Anyway, the colour is brown-red; the two-finger head slowly sinks down to a nice airy off-white head leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is a bit unbalanced. Mostly malt, some of it lightly roasted. Some minerals, and a weak bitter note.
The taste is, like in most organic beers, not very well balanced. Lightly roasted malt, some lightly chemical hoppy notes. Very low body. The aftertaste got some bitterness, earthy mineral notes and some rye dough.
The carbonation is medium strong. Quite small fresh bubbles. The liquid is a little bit creamy.
