Copenhagen 8/4 2017. 33 cl bottle from Føtex. Hand drawn blue Waves on the label to signify the relation with the Wind Surfing Event of the West Coast in Jutland.

Pours clear pale yellow with white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving thin patch of foam sailing aimlessly around.

Aroma is sourish. Citrus, resin, sugar and quite herbal.

Soft carbonation and watery palate.

Flavor is herbal and sweet followed by medium sourness.

Reminds me of Thisteds Thagaard, which is the "woody one" in their New Nordic Series.

330 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, huge to moderate white head. Aroma of birch sap / birch leaves, pine needles and sprucetips, a hint of bog myrtle / sweet gale. The flavour is moderately citric and medium sweet, with the same elements as the aroma. Interesting beer, without hops.
