Copenhagen 5/4 2015. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Green label with a pictogram in white of a bee hive and some sheep prancing around. The Ram seems to be deadly drunk.
Pours golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Dissipates fast leaving only a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is a little sharp and bitter. Maybe a little sheeplike and of lanolin to stay in character.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather bitter with a dry finish. Nice long aftertaste.
Fine seasonal with a solid good long aftertaste.
