Copenhagen 20/6 2021. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Vesterbrogade, Kbh. V. Red label with a Danish flag in the fuzzy background and the immensely long name of the beer in white letters.
Pours lear, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No Laing to speak of.
Aroma is moderately intense with an odor of sweet pale malts mingling with grass and light hint of citrus. Straw, hays and grass. citrus and lemongrass.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Drinkable and fairly refreshing. No more, no less.
