Copenhagen 5/2 2024. 50 cl bottle from Bilka, Golfvej, Herning. A very colorful version of the Alive design in yellow, orange and red on the label.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty and fruity odor mingling with lighter tart notes. Sweet apricot and peach. Orange. White sugar. Whiff of sour grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed bybo lighter tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and fruity. Lingers for a bit. Finish is oily and sweetish.
Fruity and quite sweet.
