Belgisk Dubbel is a dark and characterful beer inspired by the classic Belgian monastery beers. This beer offers a rich taste experience with notes of dried fruits, such as figs and raisins, combined with a delicate caramel sweetness and a balanced spicy undertone. The beer's full body and complex flavor profile make it an obvious choice for cozy moments or as an accompaniment to stronger dishes such as stews, game or mature cheeses.
Belgisk Dubbel combines traditional craftsmanship with modern quality, perfect for those who want to explore new flavor dimensions.

Copenhagen 29/3 2025. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Label in different shades of brown giving information about the beer in bold white letters.
Pours unclear amber with a red hue ans a mid-sized off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thi, almost tramsparent layer of foam clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, salty slightly sugared odor mingling with a subdued scent of Belgian yeast. Brown sugar, Raisins and a bit of sweetened Plums. Alcohol. Musty Cellar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent sweet take on a Belgian Dubbel.
