Copenhagen 5/4 2025. 50 cl bottle from many, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Label in different shades of light brown. Another feature in the Brewery's line of Belgian inspired beers.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of tart fruits. Sweet wheat malts, bread and bit of sugar. Banana, Oranges and Citrus.Light touch of humid Cellar.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft yet lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Wheat all over the place.
