The ingredients consist of organic barley malt, wheat malt and rye malt, which form the foundation of the beer and give it a full and well-balanced character. This harmonious base is perfectly matched with a combination of organic hop varieties Nugget, Cascade, Chinook and Mosaic, which add a subtle and pleasant bitterness to the beer.
The taste and aroma of Cold Hawaii Hazy IPA is a true experience for the senses. It offers a fresh and lively flavor profile, where juicy notes of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruits create a refreshing sensation. The fruity flavor profile is elegantly balanced with a touch of spicy complexity, making every sip an exotic journey.

Copenhagen 12/5 2024. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Thisted's usual Cold Hawaii with waves on a white background. This time consisting of green hop flowers.
Pours opaque murky orange with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Ripe peach and passion fruit. Grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and a tad watery.
Overall decent.
